أنا نيرة، متدربة في مجال أنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) ضمن برنامج DEPI، وأمتلك ما يقارب ثلاثة أشهر من الخبرة العملية في العمل على نظام Microsoft Dynamics 365 من خلال مبادرة مقدمة من وزارة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات. اكتسبت خبرة تطبيقية في مجموعة واسعة من وحدات وأنظمة ERP ، بما يشمل الأستاذ العام (General Ledger) ، الحسابات المدينة (AR) ، الحسابات الدائنة (AP) ، النقدية والبنوك (Cash & Banks) ، إلى جانب خصائص رئيسية مثل الضرائب، الموازنات، إعداد بيانات الشركة (Company Profile Setup)، ودورات سير العمل (Workflow Cycles)، بالإضافة إلى إعداد وتحليل ومراجعة العديد من التقارير التشغيلية والمالية. كما شملت خبرتي المساهمة في مهام تطبيقية ومشروعات صغيرة ضمن هذه المجالات الأساسية داخل المبادرة. إلى جانب خبرتي في مجال ERP، أمتلك خبرة سابقة في القطاع المصرفي مع معرفة جيدة بمجموعة متنوعة من المنتجات المصرفية، ورحلات العملاء، والأنظمة التشغيلية. كما أحمل درجة الماجستير في إدارة الأعمال (MBA) تخصص التمويل، وأتممت شهادات في الائتمان وشهادة الإقراض التجاري من Moody's. أتميز بالدقة، وسرعة التعلم، والقدرة على العمل بكفاءة تحت ضغط المواعيد النهائية والظروف المتسارعة، مع الحفاظ على تقديم نتائج عالية الجودة باستمرار. كما أجيد العمل ضمن فرق متنوعة وتعاونية، وأتمتع بالمرونة في التكيف مع احتياجات العمل المتغيرة I’m Nayera , an ERP trainee in the DEPI program with approximately three months of hands-on experience working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 through an initiative provided by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology. I have gained practical experience across a broad range of ERP modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash & Banks, along with key features such as Taxes, Budgets, Company Profile Setup, and Workflow Cycles.in addition to preparing, analyzing, and reviewing various operational and financial reports. My experience also includes contributing to practical assignments and small-scale projects across these core areas within the initiative. Beyond ERP, I bring prior banking experience with solid exposure to a variety of banking products, customer journeys, and operational systems. I also hold an MBA-Finance major and have completed Credit and Moody's Commercial Lending certifications. I am detail-oriented, quick to learn, and capable of performing effectively under pressure and tight deadlines while consistently delivering high-quality results. I thrive in collaborative, diverse team environments and adapt effectively to evolving business needs.
