Simple Python Script to Automate Report Cards & Certificates

I am an English teacher, and I waste hours every month manually copy-pasting grades and names to create progress reports and quiz certificates for my 30 students. I am looking for a developer to build a simple, local Python script to automate this process for me. What I Need the Script to Do: 1.Read data from a spreadsheet: I want to fill out a simple Excel or CSV file with student details (Name, Attendance, Grammar Grade, Vocabulary Grade, a short Feedback Note, and a Pass/Fail status). 2. Generate Individual PDF Report Cards: The script should read the spreadsheet and instantly generate a beautifully formatted, professional PDF report card for each student. 3. Generate Achievement Certificates: For any student marked as "Pass" on the spreadsheet, the script should automatically generate an elegant, landscape-oriented PDF Certificate of Achievement with their name and date printed on it. Deliverables: The working Python automation script. The clean Excel/CSV template for my data entry. A quick, simple text guide showing me how to run it on my computer. Note: I do not want to use any paid AI features or monthly API subscriptions. This needs to run completely locally and free using open-source Python libraries.
