Bakery Cashier & Inventory Management System (POS)

Developed a complete offline desktop Point of Sale Cashier and inventory management system for a local bakery built to run fully without an internet connection. Core Features: Cashier POS screen for processing sales with thermal receipt printing 80mm and 58mm including Arabic RTL text support Flour inventory tracking with automatic conversion between bags and kilograms Product catalog with low stock alerts Employee daily wage tracking and per employee sales attribution Password protected management screen for products employees and flour stock restricted to the owner only Tech Stack: Python PySide6 SQLite SQLAlchemy and Arabic text processing for thermal printing using pyarabic and arabic_reshaper The application was packaged as a standalone exe file and delivered to the client. It is currently in active daily use handling around 30 products.
