**Rihla** is a 2D adventure platformer about four childhood friends who have grown apart over the years but make a promise to reunite once again on their friend Luma’s rooftop. The player journeys through four environments inspired by different Egyptian locations and atmospheres — from the artistic streets of Zamalek, to the Nile, then into a mysterious Egyptian-inspired labyrinth, and finally to a magical night market in Dahab. Along the way, players solve puzzles, explore the environments, collect items, and interact with the world around them. The game combines adventure, exploration, and puzzle-solving with a colorful 2D art style that blends Egyptian elements with surrealism. At its heart, the story explores friendship, memories, change, and the nostalgia for the people and places we have left behind.
