Credit card default analysis dashboard سعيدة بمشاركتى اول مشروع لى على الاكسيل قمت فيه بتحليل بيانات الائتمان credit card defaults) ) وهى بيانات فعلية و الوصول لتوصيات بعد مقارنة البيانات بالاعتماد على خبرتى المتنوعه فى التحصيل و استخدام EXCEL اهم الخطوات : • استخدمت POWER QUERY لتنظيف البيانات . • استخدمت DAX & MEASURES لعمل المعادلات و الوصول ل KPIs • استخدمت Pivot Table لتحويل البيانات الضخمة لملخصات ابرز النتائجkey insight • لاحظت فجوة كبيرة بين المبالغ الدائنة و مبالغ التحصيل الفعلى • استخدمت combo chart للمقارنة بين الفواتير و التحصيل و النتائج تشير الى انه رقم انخفاض المبالغ الدائنه بشكل مباشر الا ان التحصيل ثابت و لا يتحسن و يجب مراجعه سياسات التحصيل و اجراءاته • Dashboard تفاعلية و توضح الاختلافات حسب النوع و التعليم • تم عمل donut chart و pie chart لتوضيح اى فئة ملتزمه فسداد واكتر فئة لديها مبالغ دائنه و ده ممكن يوصل فريق التحصيل لوضع خطة مرنه اكثر مع الفئة الاكثر تعثرا و وضع شرروط اقوى لضمان السداد I’m excited to share my first interactive dashboard using real data from kaggle : credit card default analysis dashboard. This project was turning data into actionable business insights depending on my various experience in collection data and EXCEL tool. Technical highlights: • Data cleaning by Power query • Analyzed data with pivot tables and Dax to calculate key metrics like default rate and collection ratio • Making suitable data modeling • Developed an interactive dashboard with slicers Key findings : • Identified significant gap between billed amount and actual collection by combo chart • Using Combo chart for comparing bill amount and pay amount which demonstrate that collection progress shows no progress and the collection team should review the policies and the procedures of collection • Segmented KPIs by gender and education • Using pie chart a donut chart to identify the category with the highest compliance rates and the lowest and that will help collection team to make more flexible strategy for them and also put strict conditions to guarantee the ability to pay
