Objective: To develop an intelligent automation system that leverages AI and workflow orchestration to transform unstructured customer feedback into structured, actionable insights in real time. Implementation : The system is built using an event-driven architecture in n8n, integrating LLM-based sentiment analysis with external services. It processes user feedback through a LangChain-powered AI Agent connected to Groq LLM, enabling fast and accurate sentiment classification. The processed data is then stored in Google Sheets for structured analysis and historical tracking. Additionally, a Gmail notification module ensures real-time alerts for new feedback entries, enabling immediate response to customer sentiment trends.
