This project focuses on enhancing Facial Expression Recognition (FER) by leveraging Graph Convolutional Networks (GCNs) to model the structural relationships between facial landmarks. Unlike standard image-based methods that treat faces as static grids of pixels, this approach represents the face as a dynamic graph where nodes correspond to key facial features (eyes, mouth, brows) and edges represent their spatial dependencies.
