Project Overview: Cosmetic Products Shipments Dashboard This project is a supply chain and logistics dashboard designed to track and analyze the shipment of cosmetic products. It provides a high-level overview of operational efficiency, transportation methods, geographical distribution, and customer demographics. Key Visualizations & Metrics The dashboard utilizes four primary visualizations to display key performance indicators (KPIs): Quality Control Status (Donut Chart): Tracks the inspection results of the products, breaking down the proportion of SKUs that have Passed, Failed, or are Pending quality checks. Transport Mode by Carrier (Stacked Bar Chart): Analyzes shipping logistics by showing how different carriers (Carrier A, B, and C) utilize various transportation methods (Air, Rail, Road, and Sea). Volume by City (Bar Chart): Displays the total volume of SKUs distributed across major cities, with Kolkata, Mumbai, and Chennai showing the highest shipment counts. Product Type by Gender (Clustered Bar Chart): Explores consumer demographics by correlating product categories (Cosmetics, Haircare, Skincare) with target consumer genders (Female, Male, Non-binary, Unknown).
